Randolph-Jasper County court of the ordinary Administrators bonds Book
A-AA 1808-1821 page 273 Administrators Bond
Know all men by these presents, that we Samuel PARSONS, Patsey STEEN,
Edmond PARSONS, and William FINLEY are held and firmly bound unto the honorable,
the court of the ordinary, for the county of Jasper, and state of Georgia,
in the just and full sum of Twenty five hundred dollars which payment well
and truly to be made, we, and each of us, do find ourselves, our heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns, firmly by these presents, sealed
with our seal and dated this fourth day of September, 1815. The condition of this obligation is such, that, if the above bound Samuel PARSONS and Patsey STEEN administrators of the goods, chattles and credits of Burton STEEN, deceased, which have, or shall come to the hands, possession or knowledge of Samuel PARSONS and Patsey STEEN or unto the hands or possession of any other person, or persons for him and the same so made, do exhibit to the court of Ordinary when thereunto required; and such goods, chattles and credits do, well and truly administer according to law, and do make a just and true account of their actings and doings therein, when required by the court afforsaid; and all the rest of the goods, chattles and credits wich shall be found remaining upon the account of the said administration, the same being first allowed by the said Court, shall deliver and pay all persons respectively as are entitled to the same by law and it shall hereafter appear, than any last will and testement was made by the said deceased, and the executors obtain a certificate of probate thereof, and the said Samuel and Patsey do in such case if required, render and deliver up said letters of Administration, then this obligation to be void, else to remain in full force, power and virtue. We the undersigned do certify that we as [illeg]
appointed by the honorable the court of the ordinary have this day
appraised all the goods, chattle, etc. which have been brought to our view
of Burton STEEN late of the county and state.
Aforesaid do certify the withen is a true inventory of the same, signed

John FLEMISTER are held and firmly bound unto
the Justice of the Court of Ordinary and their successors in office in the
just sum of Three Thousand Dollars, payable by the said Samuel, Abba and
John or other of their known heirs, executors, administrators or [illeg]
bounty and severalty to be void on conditions that if the said Samuel
PARSONS shall do and perform all the duties of
guardianship for the persons and property of James and Susannah STEENE, Orphans of Burton STEENE died as the law requires of him otherwise to
remain in full force proven and virtue Witness our hands and seals this
